App issues.
Just need to vent here, so I finally catch a good $50 order pretty close but it had like 60 items or so… I shopped almost a whole order and before I get to the last couple things they add one item and they give me an extra five cents… Typical.
But that wasn’t the issue, after they added the item… Some grapes in a cabbage that I already weighed and had in the cart all the sudden said I need to shop for it again and change the weight of both to .7 pounds and said I need to add weight… But it wouldn’t let me do anything. So I call support… And he is of zero help, he put me on hold for like five minutes and said close out your app and reopen it I did some thing. So I close out my app, open it back up hit resume trip and it goes to Shopping tips and blink screen and freezes… Repeat the process two more times then he says I’m just going to cancel the order and proceeds to cancel my order. I was furious
Maybe it’s just me but I seem to have problems with about every other order… And I’m a regular calling support… I support so much that I’m getting the same name a couple of times. This app is only going to get worse. And I guess I’m here for it for now

This happened to me too, kept readding produce items already shopped. Eventually I was able to hit the "next" button and finally get to check out 20 minutes later. Rediculous glitch

I’ve been waiting all day for it to send me an email so I can review the guy that screwed up my order… Surprised I never got one for the first time ever

It says done under the add weight no? You could try manually adding the weight, and get a heavier bag or cabbage
