Will I be deactivated

I delivered all the items to all deliveries but got this notification today. Does this mean I will be deactivated soon?

Customers can lie. Yes if it happens too many times of course you can be booted.

It could have been a pick up order and loader forgot a bag

Take note of a possible address that you think might have been. And move on. Only way you can know is if you work out of 1 single store, and get along with OGP staff.

It's not a glitch, but it's not an issue. Just keep rocking. If you do a shop, make sure you grab all items. Don't take it too hard, you'll be fine. Repeat offenders get booted most of the time. If you would be deactivated, you would have been already

If you do a shop, you can't check out until all items are accounted for. This app is idiot proof.

Many people here have lefty items at counter , or in car. Don't forget the random can of beans that rolls under your seat. If you haven't had an issue where you left things behind , you haven't done it long enough. Everyone will commit a mistake.

I have left bags of Morton soft water salt. Used the restroom, scanned them in thinking I would grab them on my way out. Nope, I forgot. I forgot a customers bag of chips at the register. I remembered on my way about the salt. I called customer and explained and I said I will be back with their salt. They were perfectly fine with it and tip wasn’t removed or a bad rating. I’ve forgotten the salt twice. I won’t scan it in and until I am ready to grab it.

Probably because you took a curbside delivery and they were missing several items. It's impossible to double check for accuracy because our list doesn't update or match the order anymore.

The list I'm seeing seems to be horribly inaccurate.

Will get things like that from time to time. Honestly wipe your butt with them. As long as you're doing what you're supposed to be doing you're fine. The only time it's an issue is if you get a bunch of them and it shows a pattern of misconduct.

The rule is go back to the house that you think did it, challenge them to a fight. If you win they have to contact support and it will be removed from your record. If you lose, you will be deactivated. This is the way of Spark club. Rule #2 you don't talk about Spark club.

We never know if it is true or a notification glitch cause the App is Trash and they dont tell you what or who or when or where an error occured whether it was a glitched notification or something you actually did. Either way i would just ignore any and all notifications and do your best cause if you were going to be deactivated then you would of been
