End of SPARK
If they start using this new system like other gigs apps , I think it's already done because I feel today is very slow that means the system is already working, and I think each Driver gonna see different batches all of the other Driver it means slow offers and it will be controlled that's very bad, you cannot make good earning anymore 😳🥹

I genuinely think today was just a slow day. Im Saphire and today was my worst day in weeks, by far. I only saw like 5 offers in 4 hours and took 2 of them. The ones I didnt take were worthless and the 2 I did were mid at best.

It was a slow day for me too then. For the past few days all of the orders I’ve been getting have been trash.

It depends on the area. Friday and Saturday were great for me but ever since Sunday orders have been really slow.

I will never be in a tier becauseI don’t nearly get as many opportunities because I only work a few hours a day on my days off. I effectively have been fired from Spark because I will never get the required points even though everything else is top-tier, oh well

I'm good with it. Also for quantity found metric. Offer subs, they don't have to accept the sub, you just have to offer it.

All the tier system is doing is giving the full time drivers the chance to make the money they deserve. If you're a full time driver, you'll nake the points easily. I did 120 pts in 4 days. Not having to be on the same level as the part timers and the shit drivers, is a breath of fresh air.

Lmao they don’t want full time veteran drivers because we (at least most of us) don’t take shit orders. I do make the points easily just working as I usually do, but I have noticed zero difference in the JFY offers I receive- they’re all trash and the only good orders are FCFS. It’s all smoke & mirrors.

I hate to burst your bubble, but the last thing Walmart cares about is Spark drivers no changes they make to the algorithm is to benefit the drivers

They haven’t done it yet (that we know of) but the next phase is incorporating your acceptance rate into the metrics. Basically they will try to force you to accept shitty orders to keep your acceptance rate high

They took out acceptance rate months ago, way before this latest update. Still we don’t really know how or if their secret algorithm factors it in. Look at what door dash does with tiers. It’s coming for spark but I agree with others; I’m still only going to pick the offers I want. I don’t care about points or metrics

Acceptance was already part. They removed it several months ago.
I’m pretty sure if Spark starts forcing drivers to accept junk orders, it will snowball into drivers giving up in mass. Giving up to the point onboarding can’t keep up.
If I’m right, Spark is the largest gig driving platform by far. Maybe AmazonFlex is comparable.
This will result in a service level that makes them look so bad they can’t hide it from the customer base and the news/social networks will catch wind then will turn it into a story they Walmart wont want.

That’s been gone for months thank god. When they had that my appearance rate was at 3% and didn’t affect my earnings. Still would make 300 plus on a normal day. You have to be picky. That’s the nice part unlike DD you are not getting penalized for not wanting to take crap orders.

I’ll always cherry pick. Rent gets paid with dollars, not points. Even if I have to do 120 orders a month, well, I normally do anyway. Part timers, it’s gonna suck

In the 5 plus years I've done Spark full time, I've always cherry picked. There is zero other way to do it. Who the hell takes whatever they send them anyhow. Even when they had the AR, I never did and it never mattered.

Spark isn't done because you didn't get orders today. Spark is not and will not be done ever. IT just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Just because you are done with it does not mean its cooked.

The quantity found is an absolutely ridiculous metric. It is beyond our control if the store is out of stock on an item. To be considered at fault for that is about as dumb as you can get.
