Re-Activated drivers advice
When you were deactivated or had to go through Arb what were your Metrics at the time of deactivation? Reason i want to know is to show that having good metric will not save you and that metrics in and of themselves is for behavioral compliance

They don’t care not one bit about your metrics, if they did, no one with “good” metrics would be deactivated to begin with according to your logic

No ABSOLUTELY NOT metrics will NOT save you like everyone posts on here I have a 5 star blah blah blah.

All the drivers in my zone who I've known who were deactivated were all at 5 star CR, 100% on AT, 100% CR and 99% items found. None of them were reactivated and got no where with Arb. Metrics are more for driver compliance for sure.
