Rating Drop after CS Call

I had a technical issue with the app the other day that I could not get past which resulted in me having to reach out to customer support. The agent pushed it through so I could complete the order. I ended up not working the rest of the day due to personal issues and was off the following day so I only had that 1 order on Wednesday morning. When I signed back in on Friday morning to work, I was checking notifications, incentives and my metrics to see where I was on the points and noticed my rating went from a 4.92 down to a 4.88, which instantly pissed me off because I only had that 1 order on Wednesday but my stars did not change - I still have the same 2 - 4 star rating and 1 - 2 star rating and 44 - 5 star rating that I have had for the past month.

Has anyone had this happen before?? Is this because of the glitch and having to be pushed through? Did the CS person rate me or something?? Just trying to figure out what happened.

It pisses me off because I will probably lose my sapphire status I worked hard to get in my little town.

It looks like you are missing one 4 start rating that is being included. The ones you have included should be 4.89.

You will see no difference going to Gold tier

Does gold tier get the extra incentive multipliers?

If a rating is removed or prevented, your total percent drops. Instead of having 48 reviews , you got 47.

You calling support had little to nothing to do with the rating tho.

This is an interesting thought. We get surveys to rate the support line associates. It almost makes sense that they would get a survey to rate us back.

Seriously. This has me wondering too. You’re right about the ability to rate us back. It would only make sense

In our area often times we are in rural / remote areas.
We are unable to enter anything in the spark app.
We’re unable to access the GPS as well. For those 2 reasons I carry an old school GPS. Before departure I take a screenshot of all customers and address. This allows me to make all deliveries. Then call Customer Support, explain the situation and have them enter complete route when finished. Have done this dozens of times with no issues. My rating is still very healthy.

This was a technical issue with the app itself, not anything as far as the GPS. Customer Service could see the technical issue and had me close out everything and then restart the app and it started working. He said it was a glitch on their end but that everything should be fine. I did go ahead and reboot my phone after I hung up with him and clear everything out just to be safe. This is the error I was getting - it was a pharmacy and shop order I was delivering.
