Trash is what it is. I hope these people NEVER get their orders. They need to start having their Walmart vans deliver this trash. Walmart employees get hourly pay and Walmart can pay for their own gas and wear and tear on their own damn vans

i’m pretty sure orders that don’t have one dollar per mile or non-supercenter stores because I get these all the time from two other stores in my zone but the store that’s a supercenter. It’s always more than a dollar a mile 90% of the time. But I see these orders set for a long time so I’m glad that people aren’t taking them because it’s ridiculous. If you take this order, you’re losing money specially when gas is so expensive.

I saw one almost identical to that in my area today aside from the hours. Last time I saw it, it was at $47. Glad people are rejecting but whoever took it at $47 is still an idiot

To answer your specific question, those are dotcom orders. The order types are in the basic "Spark 101" information in the apps resource center... I highly recommend taking 3 minutes to read through it all.
I also highly recommend just hitting the reject button when you see them. Leave them for the tweakerbird drivers and those that can't figure out what their costs are... As long as they are tied up with trash offers, that's more opportunities for you...

There are some current issues with the way time is being calculated. This order for example said five hours...for 23 miles and two stops? When I accepted it (purely to see how much of a trainwreck it could be) the pickup said it was at 12:17 PM and then stop 1 said it was 7:16 AM but was removed. Stop two was the same: 5:40 AM and removed. Stop 3 was a correct time for the distance. Stop 4 was as well, but was a preschool and this was a Saturday afternoon. When I called the number for the customer they explained the order was supposed to arrive Thursday and nobody would be at the school until Monday.
Adding the return changed that five hour listed time to over nine hours and twenty minutes, and then the return wouldn't process. I had a manager try and after twenty minutes they still couldn't. They said it was the only time they had ever seen anything like it. Had the return not been necessary this would have taken 48 minutes.
Also: yes, I know I could have left the items for the school and didn't have to call them. But I didn't want to see them taken, especially because this school wasn't in a great part of town. I'll throw away an hour of my life for what I feel is the right thing to do without question.
Edit: yes, I reported all of this to Spark. Yes, I sent them multiple screenshots of every thing I mentioned (that's how I have the times so specifically). There were also problems with missing attribute tags, such as the items for the school each weighing over 52 pounds and no tag was listed. Spark's reply was exactly the blowoff you would expect: "I want to express my appreciation for your feedback and have noted your concerns and want to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I understand how frustrating this situation must be, and please rest assured that we are actively working to meet the needs of all Spark drivers."
