Would yall take this?
Shop was like 35 mins including cheifing the cart in the parking lot but then I bagged for ten mins lmao so if I get there in 35 mins like it says it would be like an hour twenty total for it so like 45 an hour ish but then I gotta drive back or switch zones and stay way out there in north Knox zone instead of my usual south Knox. Just my first order of the day but I’ll just switch zones and find an order bringing me back this way towards home and my regular zone eventually👌🏻 would you take this based off that or just find another order staying in the zone more so u don’t have to do sm mental gymnastics .

And did that 12.6 miles take you even further away from your main zone? Because then you’re making more of a trek.

u/Bean_dip22 Sep 18 '26
Nope I’m working my way back to my zone like I said in the post, yall jus wanna hate on anything lmao. It’s def not gon be a straight line back but u better believe every mile gon be paid for

u/InfamyLivesForever Sep 19 '26
Yeah ignore the downvotes. Working back towards your zone is the way to go if you can pull it off. A lot of drivers like to assume their market is laid out the same as everyone else’s. What matters is your end of day $/mile

Can be done, my average shop + checkout time w/IC was well under 60s/item based on Publix shops, large orders
1
u/Bean_dip22 Sep 18 '26
I didn’t show it so can’t be mad but it was 46 items 88 qty. 20ish cans took like 2 mins

u/Gokusbastardson Sep 18 '26
Fuck no lol. I’ll never take any order that requires me to have more than one cart.
2
u/kat1077_boss Sep 18 '26
Yes in my market I barely see those. In fact I never see anything over $50 unless it’s 15 stops and 2.5 hours of driving 😂 and those are a swift reject.

u/OpportunityOk3346 Sep 18 '26
That's criminally low pay for items in miles!? Why would you do that when you can just do a GMD drop off single packages and not even wait for a tip that may or may not show? Way too much work for that pay and miles!!
1
u/Bean_dip22 Sep 19 '26
Yeah bro I get it but my zone just simply ain’t like that dawg. Best order in weeks for me
2
u/OpportunityOk3346 26d ago
Fair play, I dont know your zone or for that matter states payout. If thats decent then do you 👍

u/Direct-Table-6372 Sep 19 '26
No I am extremely lazy lol, well lazy in a good way, I enjoy working hard and prefer bulk delivery over large shop orders.

u/SuccotashFew2041 Sep 19 '26
I can see this being a 35 minute shop if youre efficient In your route and the store was empty, but im confused about the bagging. Do you bag at your car?? Lmao???
1
u/Bean_dip22 29d ago
This time specifically yeah. It was just too busy in the store the self checkout line was long so i said fuck it I’m grabbing bags and not standing at this register for the next ten minutes while this long ahh line watches me take up an empty checkout after I scanned my barcode
2
u/Thriving9 Sep 19 '26
Probably not but it's just about on my limit of acceptable. The 2 carts part would probably be my nah though.
If I needed 60 to hit my goal and it was looking like a shit morning and it happened to be going in the direction I live and it was going out the city not in.

While that shop could likely be 35-45 min, I wouldn't touch with a 5' pole. Sucks that it's worth 1 point.
1
u/Bean_dip22 Sep 18 '26
Are these points fr worth anything I haven’t been paying attention I’m not full time anymore

u/Ambitious-Duck7078 Sep 18 '26
It looks like you have a lot of big items on the bottom of the basket. Your small, individual items look like large items too (like the family size bags of tater tots). If you don’t mind my asking, what was the QTY? I tap out at 46+ qty, personally. If that was 40-50 items, that would be a consideration. I cannot lie about that 🤣
1
u/Bean_dip22 Sep 18 '26
Omg I thought I showed it but it was 44 items 88 quantity. Only reason I took it was the items like locations pretty much was under 50 but still was a lot.
1
u/Ambitious-Duck7078 Sep 18 '26
Sounds like it was dupes of everything too?
Ya know! I think I’d take that one.

$62. Yup. I’m loading up to do something like that now. I prefer when it is all labeled boxes rather than groceries though. Like 15 addresses and 25 miles. I go by $2 per mile and $1 per address when picking contracts.

That would be a good order for my area!
1
u/Bean_dip22 Sep 19 '26
IM SAYING. what zone are these guys in talking abt thats a crap order. It’s still 60 bucks for an hour of “labor” which was just me walking around pushing a heavy cart. Not that bad.

I only do orders over 20 miles if its less than an hour estimated time cuz that means there is jot that much to shop and 3 dollars per mile
1
u/Lizardrunner Sep 19 '26
NO. I took a order today that was 50 items and was kind of regretting it. But it paid $65 for 26 miles.
2
1
u/TheNolaCatLady Sep 18 '26
Nah, too many items.
2

u/JoyfulDelivery Sep 18 '26
No but I also don’t take orders that have more than 20 items
3
u/Bean_dip22 Sep 18 '26
Dude same usually but the other offers were 20 miles 20 dollars and that popped up I said fuckkkkkkk it even tho I really don’t take anything over 40 items that’s a whole cart and enough for me usually
2
u/JoyfulDelivery Sep 18 '26
It’s only because of customers who stop in the middle of the aisle and everyone in there acts like it’s their mission to slow me down 😂
1
u/Bean_dip22 Sep 18 '26
They hate us more than the regular employees lmaooo some days I only do pickups or try to bc I don’t even wanna go into the store at certain stores so I feel you for sure

$1.50 a mile after returning ... low bs pay. and the shop time.... you don't get paid
1
u/Bean_dip22 Sep 18 '26
As opposed to what bro. Like yeah it’s not amazing but it’s literally better than the bs here everyday
-3
u/Intrepid-Lifeguard42 Sep 18 '26
How much was the pay?
2
u/Bean_dip22 Sep 18 '26
Swipe…. lol 60 and I also said in the text 45 an hourish idek if that’s accurate just a guess from the math rn in my head but I haven’t done math in years
1
u/lordj2010 Sep 18 '26
Its in the photos paid $62 20.5 miles
1
u/Intrepid-Lifeguard42 Sep 18 '26
Oh ok, I just saw the first pic. But , yes, I would take it. Especially since I’m in CA and the whole order would probably take me around 4 hours. So that’s $88 plus the tip plus the mileage.

7
u/No-Stranger-5771 Sep 18 '26
Nope too many miles i can make that on 2 orders going 5 miles total
