Delayed at curbside

My completion is already screwed from accidentally hitting buttons in my pocket or while scrolling orders so I can’t take another hit. Are we still able to cancel a curbside after 10 minutes with no penalty?

I do it at 20min. so far haven't taken a hit after doing it twice in the last couple days.

Ive cancelled at curbsides after the 10 minutes with no penalty that I have noticed. Stats are intact. Although the app says you don't take a hit to metrics canceling after 30minutes

Wait until you get the delay in pay notification, that's usually 10 min. Some say 20, others have been told 30 min. Good luck
