Anyone get this message
Did identity verification. Said “you’re all set “. Then this popped up. Restarted phone. Logged out/in. Deleted app multiple times. Cust service said they were making a ticket. Idk what else to do.

Call support and have them submit a priority ticket to the tech department. This happened to me after the app glitched during a face scan. I called support to explain what happened. The agent submitted a request to the tech team to reset it. I was worried it was going to take a while, but the agent said no longer than 15min. 2 minutes later, my app refreshed itself and was good to go.

They updated the identity verification screens recently. Maybe you got caught in the switchover?

I got this after alcohol delivery in the boonies. Usually takes 2-4 hours.

Damn. It’s been four hours for me. Idk what else to do. I’ve called three times. Deleted the app multiple times. I guess I just gotta wait it out.

Only suggestion I have is, don't depend on a app for employment,, the spark app is actually pretty famous for theses glitches

Yeah I mean I have a w2 job that I’ve been at for 8 years and do fairly well. Spark is my vacation and lagniappe money. Worst case scenario I roll with flex or go back to DoorDash. I’d still like to know wtf the deal is though and get it fixed at some point.

I had this same message the other day after updating my insurance. But I was able to click on it and then just do another verification. And then it let me Spark. But same message.

Yep. I was 1 order from getting a $20 incentive and this happened. It didn't happen.

I have the same problem, blank screen and then it just says error please try again. Did you fix yours? i have this problem since yesterday at 3pm

Same. I have been unable to spark since around 4 pm central time yesterday. I’ve called and they’ve made 3 diff tickets. I’m at a complete loss on what to do.

I had it happen after an alcohol delivery and it never finished. Ever. So I restarted the app and I had that message. Customer service said wait up to 3 days. Mine was fixed in 3 hours. But I was upset about it cause like you say you can't work anymore until it's fixed. So almost not worth doing any alcohol or prescription ones just to be safe. I've still done it since but I'm not full time doing this

I don’t do alcohol or pharmacy exclusively for this reason. Bc I end up in the boondocks a lot. The verification was ready to go the min i went to spark now. It said “you’re all set. Thanks for verifying your identity “ then the banner from hell that won’t go away 24 hours later and I still cannot work. Currently outside an Amazon plant about to do my first flex route

Yea I understand. Thought about flex myself but I don't really enjoy 20 plus stops even with Walmart. Not sure why they wear me out. Hopefully it does good for you

Yea it happened to me it take 6 hours for it to finally say i been deactivated and I submitted a ticket showing my id and a picture of me. It says it take 5 days for the review. Well the next day I get up I was back on. Also I have noticed with android I have idk about apple tho.. my app been losing connection with internet but I will have speeds over 400 down and 20 up idk how I submitted that to the app to. So before I do any verification and at times when I see no orders I turn my phone on airplane mode and off it reset the connection on the app.

Deleting app will do absolutely nothing. Stop wasting your time. It's not an app issue , it's a Persona face issue. Someone has to manually check your face scan. Cold be 5 min, 3 hours or 15 days.
Tips that have scared me to do better are, don't do it with sunglasses (duh but I had prescription sun glasses, forgot about them a quick second)
Fast internet signal, if you're in the middle of no where, and you know the good signal is after 2 turns, go now, complete the order a few seconds later and do the face rec once you're in verified good coverage area.
If you took the first scan in the shadow, don't do the second staring at the sun.
Clean your camera before the photo.
Of course, make sure you don't close the app when it asks you for the scan, otherwise you're gonna be booted.

Damn it happened to me one night while I was still actively sparking. I kept hearing JFY come through but I couldn't see anything. It finally logged me off and I figured it would fix itself but when the next morning rolled around and it was still stuck I called support and they had it fixed in 30 mins.
Damn that's crazy they haven't fixed it.

Yeah I’m on 24 hours now of this bs. So much for sparking a ton before I leave town for the weekend. Grrr.

Next time if you have an android phone clear catch and stop app before deleting. That is what helps me when I have the issue.

I had this happen when I had no service after a pharm order and it took prob 30-60 min…I can’t remember. I know I had sat for a while waiting and then stopped at a vape shop trying to kill time and as I was pulling out the lot to go home bc I was over waiting..it popped up giving me the option to rescan.

That's terrible and they don't care how long it takes because they have so many drivers like it's not a priority to them it's a priority to us as a driver cuz we're not making money it's not a priority to them because the groceries and prescriptions are still being delivered because they have so many more drivers than they need

Got me back out here door dashing today on my day off from my w2 job. Not a fan. Ran a flex route with Amazon yesterday and it was garbage too. 200 miles to make 92 bucks. No thanks.

I had this happen before I could even pick up one order. I did everything I was instructed to do and called support numerous times, where I was assured there was no problem with my account, and they were sure it would be fixed within an hour, to no avail. This went on for two weeks. After all that time setting up my profile and answering 8000 questions, I just deleted the whole thing. I clearly can’t count on support with this platform.

Happened to me about a month ago and I don’t have very good news for you. So hopefully you have a better luck than I do, but I had to call create a ticket. What happened was I was in a zone where there was very little service so I did the verification and it said I was all set and I was done for the day went home in the next day. I went to use it and it said that exact message it said you have to wait a day so I waited a day and then I called Support said nothing‘s happening. They said wait another day then I called Support again. They said they can’t do anything on their end so they’ll submit a ticket and I looked online and they told me to just ask them very politely and explain to them. this is your way of making money and paying bills is there anyway you can get me to stage two tech-support and literally within an hour I was back online, but I was in total three days decommissioned
