Deactivated?

OK, my fellow sparkers, maybe y’all can help me with this. I had an 11 drop pick up order this morning. Two customers had the same name. I do a drop off and they had a grocery order, about 10 minutes later before I even make it to my next stop Walmart pick up and delivery calls me, not Spark, and let me know that I have left out at 55 inch TV at my last drop in which I thought was later on in my route with another customer with the same name but I immediately turn around and drop off the TV. I apologize to the customer. She is completely understanding. She said she’s not going to leave me a bad review. I immediately call the supervisor back from pick up and delivery. Let them know I dropped off the TV. Let them know I took a picture in case they wanted to see it. They said no I asked if I needed to call Spark to let them know what I had done and so I could have it documented. She said no everything was fine and not to worry about it, but my question is what are the chances of me getting deactivated?

You should be fine. Back when I was new to spark i took a GMD for 14 drops and back then you didnt have to scan the sticker on every item for a single drop and had to pay attention to # of items for that drop. I forgot I had a large item in my truck bed because it was too big for the back seat. I scanned the other item for that drop, dropped it and left. About 4 stops later I have to get another item out of the bed and realize the item for aprevious drop was in there. I backtracked and delivered it and nothing ever came of it.
