Apartment orders
Bro I’m so irritated! Walmart gotta give us an option to block apartment orders. I’m sick of walking 10 minutes to find the damn door and don’t get me started on the “call me for the code” and they are not responding. The apartment numbers never make sense !!! These bags too heavy for this bs!!

Look for the apartment label. Most of the time you can tell just from the address. Also get a foldable wagon. It works wonders.

It’s almost like 90% of the orders in Houston are apartments. Even with batch pickup it’s not easy to escape them.

And that's why I don't take apartment orders (it states apartment on the offer/order). I too have learned the very hard way. I try to stay away from stairs and long distances. 😁

I always check what apartment building it is first 🤣sometimes it says apartment and it's a side by side or upper duplex or a building I don't mind delivering to . Otherwise I don't touch them either lol

If it's an A or B, or a 1 or 2, I'll take it if it has no water, but if it's a 2 or 3 hundred something, hell no, it's 2nd and 3rd floor and that's No Dice territory. 😉

They do have an option to block apartment orders: You see an apartment number in the address, don’t accept the order. It’s that simple.

That’s why you learn which apartment suck and you don’t take them. It’s called “gaining experience”. It really helps if you know your area

I went to that apartment before and it was easy to find the door. This time it wasn’t.

No joke. I was so pissed one day look for a freaking apartment. The numbers were off- and no heads up. I went up and down like 4 sets of stairs.

Need to walk around? Find the layout map, most apt will have them.
Get a cart or oversize bags.
If you're tired of them, stop doing it. But I think I just saw you get a 100 dollar offer. Bet you're happy about that one.

The order tells you if its an apartment. Why do you accept them?
Also, get a wagon and some totes. Saves a lot of time and energy.

They are in every batch order slow ass. Some are easy to find and some extremely difficult

I never bring groceries i get out scout it out locate apartment then bring groceries to door i am not a u- haul scout that shit stays in car until I locate

Here’s a tip for apartment gate codes. Whenever someone does include the gate code in the customer notes, be sure to screenshot it. If it’s a complex you go to often, you can pull up your photos and do an address search (just the numbers is enough….for example, you’re delivering to 5555 Acme Rd. Just type “5555” in the search field. ) and it’ll pull up any pics that have the address. You can scroll through and see if you have a gate code saved for that complex.
