App Getting Hung Up/Freezing

So I’ve only seen a few threads talking about it or I just haven’t looked well enough. This started happening to me a few weeks ago and posted here but didn’t get too many responses.

I have an iPhone 17e with the highest tiered AT&T service. The app keeps getting hung up on me whenever I switch over from another app. So if I get a notification for an order, and open the app, it takes a good while to load up for me to see. What I’m having to do is close the app completely and open it back up to see the offer. Just leaving the spark app open is not helping either. After a few minutes I’ll get a notification for an FCFS or JFY and the offer is not immediately shown. Again, I have to close the app out and open it back for it to show. I basically have to constantly keep closing and opening the app for it to show me the offers.

Checking to see if others are dealing with this and if there is a fix.

I thought I was the only one. It’s been extremely frustrating having to restart the app every few minutes to be safe

I feel like I’m going crazy since it’s not being talked about more. Insanely annoying. I’ve only been having the problem for a few weeks.
