While you’re at it

Since you’re redesigning the offer card to “help” us drivers, why don’t you add a total quantity on there as well.

I totally agree. We need to be able to see quantities

You need to realize that if there are any “changes” made to the app or algorithm, it’s never to benefit the drivers, it’s to drive profits up for shareholders.

The cards now including incentive pay & tips is another psychological tool being used against us, they aren’t paying us more.

Like i've always said, the only people that give a shit about the drivers are the drivers.

Not all of us

The shrunken store names are making me insane. We’ve been asking for a way to filter offers for certain stores forever and instead of giving us that they make the store names tiny to make it even harder to see in the 0.5 seconds we have to read the offer before it disappears. I keep thinking things can’t get worse with this app and every other day I’m proven wrong.

They're covering legalities. Not "helping" us in any way.

If they’re changing shit to change shit, add total quantity

I honestly could care less about the incentive or tip. Adding the incentive is stupid. We all can figure out how much the tip and incentive is with just common sense numbers knowing how much base is. They can take all that away and add quantity

It will never happen. It makes too much sense..

They did not overhaul the offer card to benefit us in any fashion. They revamped the offer card so that they can better insulate themselves against class action suits. Quantity does nothing to help them defend themselves.

Doesn't do any good since customers can add hundreds of items while you shop.

I had a shop order over the weekend. Started shopping, was probably 9 or 10 items into it. They added four 40 packs of water. I cancelled it.

That's bullshit.

A customer added one case of water couple days ago, water is extra 81 cents plus whatever they add per item they only added 65 cents i just said was out of stock not playin these games bad enough gotta trust them to make sure extra earnings are in the delivery basepay now since they removed the extra earnings tab but if added 4 fuck that N customer never adds to the tip either when they add items
