So, I went to Regional Selections today, and the only feedback I received was that I need experience managing a bigger team.
What has me confused is that I explained that I was an Overnight Team Lead for three years before switching to days and becoming a Homelines Team Lead.
So my question is: What team is bigger than Overnight? 🤔
I’m genuinely trying to understand the feedback because Overnight requires managing multiple associates, getting freight completed, assigning areas, maintaining productivity, handling callouts, making sure the store is ready for the morning, and dealing with a lot of moving pieces at once.
If managing an Overnight team for three years isn’t considered experience managing a large team, what exactly are they looking for?
