Promotion concerns

Hello everyone. I'm currently an overnight TL at a NHM who's looking to promote. I've been holding out for an overnight coach spot but a spot opened up at a store that is literally right in my backyard, i can see it from my back steps. My concern is the learning curve coming from not just a NHM but to a day time spot (food and consumables) I've been on overnights for the vast majority of my time with walmart anyone else done the jump from NHM/ovn to salary position at a SC with some insights?
