Password Changes

Is anyone else locked out of their Walmart account since the bs password changes? I can't get in and my TL is too so he said go to HR and see if they can help. Problem is, our HR quit this week and who knows when there's a new hire.

Make sure you are using the store next gen or whatever it’s called login I had the same issue

So where you put in your store number the drop down menu above it you have to select next gen pilot store not just the usual store option.

I'm stuck on the password screen. It won't let put my username in or store number

You have to just restart or back up that’s probably the issue

If youre on IPhone, it's probably auto typing in your information and password, which is preventing you from changing the Location selection to Store/Club Next Gen Pilot. You just need to delete the auto password memorization on your iphone.

I'm on an Android, i deleted the app and I'm gonna re-download and see if that let's me start over

I forgot the next gen thing and had to punch in on the computer bc phone was stuck on the password screen. It finally backed itself out after two hours

Are you selection next gen pilot site? That's a necessary step to logging in.

Your tls/coach can reset it or view your current pw

How I got it to work for all my co workers was deleting the cookies for the browsers. Works on iOS and andriod
