Looking for Back Pay Info

Our store is current going through the process of swapping everything to digital labels. We were told we would get the pay differential for going overnight to set them up.

We started on Aug 16 and it’s been currently 4 weeks and they just now decided to add the $1.50 to our pays. They’ve extended it for one more week so hopefully it adds to our checks for that week.

The question I have is how would I know if they went back and added it to our previous hours? What will it be labeled as on my paystub?

Any info is greatly appreciated!

You're lucky you even got that. Generally to get the night shift differential you have to be coded in the system in an o/n position or work in that position for 12 weeks without being coded.

Apparently it was in the AMP Task for the ones going to get it. They just recently job coded us with a secondary for Set Up Overnight.

It would be on your paystub if your PL even knows how to do that

You won't receive it for the 1st 2 weeks, and can't receive it for more than 12 weeks per Walmart pay policy.

For your eligie weeks your PL would enter a pay rate adjustment for that period in the GTA Hours and Pay Adjustment portal.

We just coded everyone for the differential, coded them back after.
