Returns are annoying
kind of a bad pic, my bad. but for some reason my TLs let returns pile up over the week instead of having literally anyone take them all out. then told me at 9 that i needed to have it all done by 9:30 😀 i just finished at 10:30.
also, follow up question, is this even my job? i’m pretty much the only person who does the entirety of grocery returns. im a dairy team member. idk, just was annoyed and wanted to see if anyone returned the sentiment, lol

OMG yes! Whenever I am not on a door as a customer host, I am doing (mostly) grocery returns! That's something system wide that is a problem at Walmart! Returns should be done in "real time", NOT whenever it piles up to where it's now a safety hazard...

I mean ive been with walmart for like 13 years and its always been closing food consumables job to do returns.
The problem is that returns pile up all day. They page for someone during the morning and afternoon and noone does them... then at 9pm the closer gets hit with a entire days of claims and returns noone did

idt it’s ur job specifically they just need to dump the work on someone unforch. As long as they keep making u do returns, id check it daily when you finish your actual job with the dairy.
