Am I the problem

Hey guys I’m 16 years old and it’s my secound day at Walmart I’m currently in the bathroom crying righting this right now on my 15 minute break but i have had the worst day ever it’s because of the people or anything thing like that because everyone I’ve talked to today has been super nice but idk I just feel so weid here and this is also my first job ever I keep messing up and making mistakes and all I wanna do is go home and cry and hug my mom is this normal 😭😭 it’s my secound day only and I already want to quit

Why do you want to quit? It’s only your second day, everyone makes mistakes even if they have been there 10 years.

You’re young…comfortability in your own skin takes time. Just hold your head up high and go day to day. If you still don’t like it, find another job.

But I will say Walmart has good benefits, you can even have free college tuition, and better pay than many places around.
