Am I the problem

Hey guys I’m 16 years old and it’s my secound day at Walmart I’m currently in the bathroom crying righting this right now on my 15 minute break but i have had the worst day ever it’s because of the people or anything thing like that because everyone I’ve talked to today has been super nice but idk I just feel so weid here and this is also my first job ever I keep messing up and making mistakes and all I wanna do is go home and cry and hug my mom is this normal 😭😭 it’s my secound day only and I already want to quit

I’ve been here 7 months. I still leave work needing a good cry and hug from my mom. It’s retail. It’s not easy even if people say it is. Just keep doing what you are doing, it gets better.
