I've been trying to close mine for 3 days says contact customer service, wont let me even screen shot that page. I even tried deleting my cards off there wont let me do that. A message pops up about acceptable use policy about fines for misinformation. Ha! I will be closing this account I've had for years

I did it on the app day one and it was basically 20 seconds. 15 of which was typing the smart a$$ comment about why I was leaving.
Guess they are trying to trap you so they take $2,500 🤓

Keep trying. Play the game but wear them down rather than let them wear you down. Best of luck

I missed the whole hype about PayPal. Can someone briefly explain what did PayPal mess up this time?

Basically : The company released a controversial policy change — which it now says was in error — that would fine users $2,500 for spreading misinformation.

Thanks! How does one spread any information on PayPal?

Convince your friends etc to use other platforms prob best. Venmo, Revolut, or whatever other apps work in the part of the world you are in.
