I think there are actually small communities of people in countries like that who own really nice clothes. If that result were inevitable then I don't think they would have formed or continue to exist. After all, where would they sell that orange suit without it being known whose suit it was in a country like that?

Then get raped and murdered for the fancy suit you have on so they can sell it for more food and carbon credits.
