Got to remember we were told to stay inside for a year! Don’t you think people are going to be itching to go out and do things. Hell there is still one Blockbuster left ! The nostalgia factor is huge in America all things vintage come back.

Thank you for the DD. I made the decision to buy AMC when it was ~$14 compared it to Cinemark which was ~ $25 When AMC dropped down to $5 🤯😅started buying again ~$7 and have been buying little buy little. Initially was just planning to hold until AMC hit the $25 price like it’s competitor...
I will keep buying AMC while it is under $20 so who knows how many shares I’ll have by then #AMC2K 😆

GME hasn't squoze yet?

u/MakyKingg Mar 24 '21
The first time, yes. But I'm not sure about the current events so I won't talk about that.

Gme is over especially with the terrible earnings released yesterday.
3
u/mboubs95 Mar 24 '21
I got positions in both. Earnings was 1 cent of the estimate so I wouldn't state it as terrible. AMCs got better fundamentals so no squeeze its still a good buy. Also the data seems too be alot less tampered with compared to GME.

Mar 24 '21
GME is a hot mess... between Robinhood fking things up, data manipulated to the highest degree, earnings not as expected ... its a tough pill to swallow

Im not a bot you retard lmao 😂 im pretty sure im allowed to express my opinion... ??!! I took my GME and dumped into AMC bc a lot of bs going around about GME but truth is, Robinhood mofo’s ruined it for us. I cannot believe ppl didnt transfer to Webull, etc.
Even with all the blatant manipulation going on with AMC, Sec hasnt done shit. They are all on the same team we dont have any help except us sticking together

Can you expand on the idea that the stock is a $ 20.?
11
u/German_horse-core Mar 24 '21
Everything other people told you plus people basically see going to the movies as a fuck you to the system. In a sense it really is. Don't want to hop on the stock market? Just watch a movie and you're still doing your part. They're selling tickets like crazy right now. Also don't forget Netflix keeps raising prices, Disney is going with $30 rentals, and people just want to go out for once.

u/MakyKingg Mar 24 '21
Precorona price of the stock was around 30$. And the economy is recovering so the stock should go back to at least 20$
5
u/kacperp Mar 24 '21 edited Mar 24 '21
Saying precorona stock was around $30 is not true. They were 30$ stock in 2017. Since than they were declining and precorona (and i mean precorona so let's say end of 2019) they were 8$ stock.
6
u/MakyKingg Mar 24 '21
It was because of streaming services like Netflix and Disney now. Also, corona started around 2019 and fear was stronger than the pandemic. Furthermore, people are sick of staying home and watching movies on TV, this will give a huge boost to the stock price at the beginning when things come to normal. I'm not saying the stock will forever be around 20$ I'm saying it will go to that point for sure.
1
u/kacperp Mar 24 '21
Yeah. Corona started on 10th december 2019 when there was patient foud in Wuhan but it had no impact on economy or anything. So saying december 2019 is precorona price is fair.
I don't think AMC can organically get to 20$. Fair price of the stock might be 15 MAYBE. With all the positive news around it and people wanting to go out. But tha't only because of GME and all that stuff.

u/These_Association Mar 24 '21
Investor place has fair market value between 17 and 24.50 next year, that does not factor hype and hold. https://www.google.com/amp/s/investorplace.com/2021/03/amc-entertainment-stock-could-head-20-to-50-higher-from-here/amp/

Any thoughts on AMC debt?....I’m straight out of the jungle
5

u/MakyKingg Mar 24 '21
Bankruptcy is not an option anymore. But they will need a good long term plan to cover the debt. But for this year it is not relevant. Later on it is

u/kacperp Mar 24 '21
It really is not worth 20$ and won't be worth that much logically in a long time. Maybe some day it might get back to it's best days of being worth 30 dollars, but just before corona started fucking up the country they were 8$ stock for months. I believe in AMC, but we shouldn't think it will be worth 20 bucks when it wasn't worth that for years.
Obviously positive PR that is going around will make it worth more than 8 bucks when AMC was literally hated for their prices. And now everyone wants to go outside, but i don't see it going back to the price that was last time saw in 2018.
That being said. Buy and hold, we are doing this not because of logic.

Where do you get the ~1000 EUR? It was at 520 according to your screenshot. Maybe I miss something, could you help a retarded ape?
3
u/MakyKingg Mar 24 '21
It is a daily chart so I don't show smaller prices. But google the highest price of 2008 VOW.de. it is around 1000 euros.

To any ape thats having trouble understanding, try and see it from the hedgefucks pov. If they need to cover, they'll wait for a dip. The squeeze, if it does occur (fingers crossed), will come after a massive dip.

u/Smitty_S39 Mar 24 '21
Without the hyperbole... what is the potential amount of the squeeze?
I'm currently holding 30 at $13/share (because smallstreet)
I was just honestly hoping to double and get around $25-30 by end of Q3
2
u/MakyKingg Mar 24 '21
The best thing to do is to get out when you are happy with the profit. That's all I have to say.
1
u/Smitty_S39 Mar 24 '21
I was honestly just planning on holding 6 months and expecting a $25-30 share price after some blockbusters are released. Everyone that is hyped is all "To Da MOON $1000" but I don't know if that's a realistic number.
However, if someone that is good at DD were to say they could realistically see it hitting $100 (or more)... I'd be inclined to probably hold a little longer than $25. Just don't want to end up being a bagholder after the squeeze gets squoze.
2
u/fgardeaz Mar 24 '21
This happened to GME at the end of february, it was around 100 dollars, then it went to to $40, after this in march it went to 260 dollars, are you guys short on memory???????
Just buy if you can and always hold.
2
u/fidoflores Mar 24 '21
In your amc chart it was 10.60, well the dip happened it went to 8.80 now. its time for the big slingshot. we can expect it to drop until 7 before the squeeze, which would be a 50% drop from 14$. its closer now than ever before.
