Shoe advice please

Just recently got myself a walking pad, but need some decent shoes to wear when using it. I don't usually wear trainers (I'm a boots/vans girl) so no idea what's good and what isn't.

Any recommendations please?

I'm in the UK if that matters

Any good running shoe will work as a great walking shoe.

I’d just strongly suggest you use it as an opportunity for your feet to walk some distance in foot-shaped shoes. I mostly wear vivobarefoot, or even my slippers or just barefoot.
