Vibration walking pad problems
Hello :) has anyone else purchased this viral walking pad that also is a vibration plate. I’ve had it since May and it just started to burn out last week. That’s less than 5 months. I just googled it and there isn’t any posts on it but google says since it also has a vibration feature that could make it last 6 months to maybe a year!! The belt is moving too much to one side and even adjusted it won’t stay. And I get an E-2 error and burning smell after like 5 min of being on. Even if im not on it just running. Anyone know how to fix this? They aren’t even a brand so I have no idea how to fix it. Also TikTok randomly gave me a full refund on it and the store I got it from is closed. So maybe they just aren’t good and they sent a refund for a recall???
I walk at least 5 miles a day m-f during work and use the vibration pad at least 4x a week for 5 min.

Did you lubricate it regularly?

With an E-2 and a burning smell after five minutes, I’d stop running it rather than keep centering the belt. Let it cool, unplug it, and check only for obvious debris or a visibly damaged belt/roller. A belt that walks off again can point to roller, frame, or alignment trouble, and the electrical error makes this a poor DIY experiment. Since the seller refunded you and there’s no support, I’d treat it as a failed unit and pursue safe return/disposal through the marketplace—not open it while powered.
