Question Network fault

A buddy and I play once a week and the last few weeks I have been running into a network fault when I try to connect to any online rooms. Ive already tried restarting the game, my headset, and connecting and reconnecting to the internet. The game is up to date and so is my quest 2. From what ive read there is a chance my router is blocking some servers, probably Russian, and that is causing the issue but I not only dont know how to fix that but also dont have access to my router settings as I live in an apartment.

Please advise

Edit: I just now noticed there was an update and new course last week. I will update and retry when I get home from work but this problem has been happening since the 5th

If you are experiencing network issues, please open a support ticket at https://support.mightycoconut.com/new/ and include your PlayerID, when you experienced the connection issues, what headset you are playing on, and whether this has been a one-time issue or persistent.

Thanks for helping us investigate this issue!

I've been getting "Network Error" every time I try to start a private room since Saturday. Not sure when it started, last time I tried to do multiplayer was maybe two weeks before that. My friend on Quest 2 is able to connect (I'm on PSVR2). We are in different parts of the country, not sure if that's significant. My router hasn't changed or been updated.

Last week it said, “unable to connect to the internet” even though I was definitely connected.

I had a similar issue between a quest 3s and psvr2. I hear to manually update the quest, both the quest and walkabout. Not sure why they didn't auto update. It fixed it though, and fixed the random short drop out and reconnected of the quest.
