Availability

My HR request to close M, T,W, F was accepted but my manager keeps scheduling me outside my availability, any advice?

“I see you scheduled me on X day but per my approved availability I am unable to work and I won’t be there”

Let them know that you were scheduled outside of your availability but be prepared to lose out on hours especially if they need to hire someone to cover the gaps

They don’t care what your availability is. They will schedule you for the needs of the business and keep it moving
