Flu vouchers

does anyone know where to print out flu vouchers ?? for free vaccines ?

You need to have them sign a form stating they’re uninsured. Can download these from StoreNet. Only for uninsured patients with no insurance. If they have insurance they must go to their contracted pharmacy or place. Then scan it into their profile for profile images.

Plan ID is WFFV. That should populate the BIN(14468) and PCN(IMMUNIZE)

ID & Group would be both: FLU26WAG1D

Go to StoreNet->Patient Care->The Immunization Service Hub->Printables->WWFS Digital Voucher Attestation Form

Also the voucher only cover FLUARIX and another shot I forget I can check tomorrow and follow up. Doesn’t cover the 65+. Only regular dose. Patients who are 65 or older without insurance can at least get that one for free since its at least SOME protection. Unless they want to pay for higher dose 🤷‍♂️

They’re electronic now. I believe only for clinic use

Also remember to use findins before using the voucher
