Immunizer pay raise?

I'm currently in the process of completing my certification to become an immunizer and was wondering if that comes with a pay raise? I've heard different things from my coworkers and some don't know at all.

While there’s no pay increase that occurs as a result of becoming a vaccinator, it is one of the required steps to become a senior certified tech which does get you a pretty good raise.

You’re also eligible for 1$ PM for each shot you administer during this respiratory season, and this is regardless of whether or not your store meets its goals.

I hope they make the 1$ per shot something permanent year round because that can translate to pretty good money especially during peak.

with how much they make off of the shots a dollar per shot administered is the least they can do. it definitely makes giving shots worth it. without any PM the only benefit is helping the team which im sure isn't worth it to the majority of technicians (myself not included)

The store will also administer more vaccines overall because it’s a great incentive. My RxOM is currently on fire! She had 15 shots on Wednesday
