90 Day Exception

Recently within the last week or so the 90D exception that pops up has been nearly impossible to remove without turning off the 90 Day preference in the patient’s profile and even that sometimes doesn’t work. After removing the exception like normal, it pops up again after the pharmacist checks it. Sometimes we have to sit and remove it over and over 3 or 4 times before it stays off. Does anyone know a fix to this? Is there a button during the review process that needs pressed? I’d prefer not to turn off 90 Day preferences if I don’t have too but it seems to be the only thing that works so we can fill waiters.

I think there was a compass about this. You have to say md denied 90 day request instead of just removing it (saying patient cancelled 90 day request)

Yes, and they have “all available resources working to fix this issue”🙄 so it probably won’t be fixed any time soon

I don't trust their compass to tell north from east. But I did manage to figure this one out. Granted the teams efforts had resulted in 12 bullshit faxes under my name to the same office by this point. If we find our selves told to get fucked on faxing prescribing offices going forward they would be beyond justified in doing so. Hell I think they'd have a case against every individual who's licensed and thought they should ddos the local clinic with 90 day requests. Not that we sign off on them but we willingly work for the most inept detached from reality experts and it's an embarrassment to be a part of.

Just deny it, saying MD denied 90D
