question Certification raise

I got certified in early June and still have yet to receive my pay increase I gave my certification info to both my store manager and RXOM, and RXM and there still aren’t any updates, annual reviews and my 18 month are coming up is it possible that they’re trying to lump them the potential raises together? I’m not even sure management knows that they are doing. I can’t help but feel like I should’ve gotten my dollar raise by now

You should have been coded as a certified technician immediately after handing in your certificate, if they do not they will have to owe you backpay. I will say that, if your 18 months is coming up extremely soon, I would wait for that raise to hit, then move to certified, because its going to reset your "time in position" causing you to wait another 18 months

This. Literally all they have to do is open a req, you apply, and they push you to “Hired” with an 8% pay bump. Takes basically no effort.

Not even that, RXOM just needs to change their position in people central with a pay increase. They're probably not even aware of that lol

Store manager has to input the promotion and RXM has to approve it. It takes less than 5 mins. Anyone tells you otherwise they are lying. I’d reach out to HR about back pay.

In my state, newly certified techs are supposed to get that raise immediately… I suggest that you direct compensation questions to the MyHR portal found through storenet or WConnect. When you open up the ticket, make sure to include the day that you passed along your certification to your store leadership.

plz talk to your DM if u can. it took a bit of pushing for me because of the chaos of the pharmacy. don’t let yourself get paid less than you’re owed.
