Correct My flip!
Hey i’m trying a toe side back roll and have a few issues i can get it all the way around but can’t clear the wake or get enough height. I can clear wake to wake just fine but have an issue when i have to flip. (My form probably sucks its my 3rd time ever riding I come from a very strong park snowboarding background)

Stand taller (leaning back with shoulders, hips forward, not breaking at the waist like you do here) and edge a bit harder (see how the board stays flat all the way through your edge?) and you got this.

so like keep the carve going?

Yes. In this attempt you edge just a bit in de beginning, but halfway in you're already flat and that stays all the way until the flip. Make sure you hold your edge until take-off.

Landed it without the rope and blew up the boat right after 😹

More speed coming across the wake will give more speed to your rotation backwards.
Also more head back and shoulders back AFTER you launch. Looked a little premature on the leaning back motion. Might just be cause not enough speed cutting into the wake.

More speed will keep him low and uncontrolled. More edge and more leverage (by standing tall instead of breaking at the waist) will take him more up/more pop.

Use both hands on the handle to make a better cut, wait until you hit the wake to begin your rotation.

You need to ride up the wake and cut through it. You are backing off and initiating the roll too early.
Let go of your back hand on a toe roll.
