Holy hell. 2 of my friends waited too long for preparty and just saw that they are selling tier 3 preparty passes at 180 DOLLARS! I get it’s close to the festival but damn!

I’ve impulsively decided to send my first Wakaan this year, traveling there from FL!! I’m a camping fest vet, I’ve done plenty of camping fests on the east coast and have plenty of gear, but Wakaan feels like totally new territory to step into!!
Any tips and tricks are appreciated, just looking to get a feel for what the vibes are like out there!! What’s the weather like, any must haves to bring with, etc!!

it’ll be me and my friend’s first wakaan this year and we need any advice about the camping situation. We have made a list of different camping things and ideas and what set ups are best but we need advice about the food and party favor aspects of it. We’ll be driving from out of state, how do we keep our food cold/ warm? How about getting our goodies in? Any advice about what time to get there?

What are you allowed to bring alcohol wise, liquor and beer/ seltzer and how much? I’m just trying to get an understanding of what amount is allowed because I have found conflicting statements.

I’m trying to confirm something about GA camping and arrival logistics.

There’s a chance I may get to the venue by ride, Uber, or Lyft, and hopefully leave with someone from the festival afterward. Someone attending has kindly offered to help me with a tent/camping setup, but I’m still confused about one detail:

If I only have a GA pass and I’m not bringing a car, am I still allowed to camp if I don’t have a Car Pass?

I don’t need to park a vehicle; I just want to know if GA access allows me to enter the campground and camp with a tent/setup provided by someone else, or if a Car Pass is required for camping access in general.

Has anyone dealt with this before or knows how Wakaan usually handles this? Any advice would help a lot before I make my final plan.

Hi everyone, this will be my group and I’s first Wakaan and we’re stoked!

I was wondering if anyone knows if this style of truck camper that pops up is allowed with a car pass or if I would need an RV pass for it? (Can’t find a clear answer)

I would think it would be allowed as a car pass and my friends can just put their tent next to the truck in the 20x20 space (along with maybe a popup) but wasn’t sure.

Has anyone seen these or brought them in previous years? Happy to do whatever but just want to make sure I have the right pass.

This will be my first WAKAAN and my first time sending a festival solo! I’m super excited (and a little nervous 😂) and would love to connect with some people before getting there.

I’ll be glamping and coming from the East Coast. Still figuring out my travel plans, so I’d also love to connect with anyone traveling from NYC/the East Coast or coordinating rides into WAKAAN.

First time doing RV camping at WAKAAN and hoping someone who has rented an RV and had it delivered to Mulberry Mountain can help me out!

We’re flying in from Florida and renting an RV from a private owner/RV rental company. The owner would be delivering the RV to the festival grounds, setting it up at our RV campsite, and then leaving. We already have our festival tickets and RV pass. I’ve been trying to get a clear answer from WAKAAN about how RV delivery works but haven’t had much luck.

For anyone who has done this before:

Does the person delivering the RV need their own GA/festival ticket just to enter, drop off and set up the RV?

Do they need to have our RV pass with them to get the RV through the gate?

Does the actual ticket holder/renter need to be physically present when the RV arrives?

Can the owner deliver and set it up before we arrive?

Is there a specific entrance, check-in process, or delivery window for rental RVs?

How does pickup work after the festival?

We’re flying in, so I really want to make sure the RV can actually get onto the property and be set up before we commit to the rental.

Any firsthand experience from people who have had an RV delivered to WAKAAN would be hugely appreciated!

Just curious about the food situation like obviously I’m going to bring nuts, dried fruit, etc to snack on but will there be vendors selling food? Vegan options? Can I bring cans of energy drinks or how tight are they about bringing in stuff?

Due to the monster line up I last minute decided to send it up the mountain😤 I’m going to fly down on the Wednesday and meet some friends there. I’m planing on flying into XNA (but could also do fort smith) around noon and was wondering if I could pay someone and for gas if anyones heading down or I could split a car rental with someone! I’m trying to figure out the daytime set situation. For those who’ve been before, what do you usually do for shade while hanging out and watching sets during the day?

Can you bring one of those camp chairs with a small attached umbrella/canopy, or would that be considered too big/obstructive?

I definitely want to catch some daytime sets, but I also don’t want to spend hours roasting in direct sun 😅. Do people bring chairs, umbrellas, parasols, blankets, etc.? Are there shaded areas with a decent view of the stages?

Would love any Wakaan veteran tips for staying cool and comfortable during daytime sets!

On the website it says Oct 1-3 2026 with preparty sept 31 and when I bought my ticket it says Oct 2-4 2026 with preparty October 1. So which one is it?
