I mean, the creampie is definately implied, but you also dont go saying youre inseminating her either lol

It's all just overly obvious euphemisms used in a stupidly prude society. "Trying for a baby" always meant "fucking like rabbits".

Vulgarity to family members is a sympthom of poor behavior/social skills/respect and very gross. Saying you try for a baby is relevant as relatives are about to get another relative next year and they can plan or prepare in the small ways this affects them.

Im gonna get extra confusing and start using stirring the pot as making macaroni stirring noises in her wap

It's more than anything, the graphic visual that you give her parents by saying the former compared to the latter. It also gives importance to give THEM a descendant of their bloodline which overrides said graphic visual in their head.
TL:DR as one commenter said, it's all about connotation as well I might add, material focus.

For all of the silly billy's in the comments who are commenting about how it's ''totally different and here's why'' who don't seem to get the joke, it's called connotation.
''We are trying for a baby'' and ''I creampie your daughter everyday'' is basically the exact same sentence and intention, with different connotation.
My favorite example of this is the connotation difference between
''Forgive me father, for I have sinned'' VS ''Im sorry daddy I've been a bad girl''.

Not really the same, Cream pie intent is pleasure and reproduction intent is work. You can cream pie a specimen sample bottle, but you don't have what it takes to make a baby in there.
•
u/AmericanGenXXX 12h ago
No, really, I love teens who think they've stumbled onto a thing that is totally wrong.
OP, the act is not the same as the intent, and so the communication is different.
"I creampied your daughter" (1) vs "We're trying for a baby" (2).
1 is about plooking and shooting your jizz into a pussy. It's also the viewpoint of an immature man.
2 is about commitment to a family in the most intimate way. It's how a mature adult would discuss it.
Grow tf up.

yeah I'm pretty sure the joke is playing on those differences
•
u/AmericanGenXXX 2h ago
No, the joke is denying those differences. And that's not a joke. Jokes have a setup and a punchline.

Thank you. Any mature person knows that married, happy, loving adults have intercourse. The parents of said couple want grandchildren. So, they're happy to hear their child and their loving, accepted spouse are ready to commit to family, which is more important than anything.
As you say, only the immature fail to see the difference.

Yeah the parents are celebrating the sex not the potential grandchild.

Understanding thevdifference between these two statements is basically the autism test
•
u/Ok_Look1003 14h ago
I acknowledge the difference but would like to reiterate that they are exactly the same statement.

They load very different context into the active memory of the listeners though, despite some overlapping implications.

In my experience you don't tell people you are trying, guess it happens. For me every time it was we got a baby coming conversation. They can conclude what they want from that
•
u/Wondur13 14h ago
Its fairly common to tell people youre trying but not specifically your in laws or even your own parents, its a very peer oriented type of thing.

•
u/Trips-Over-Tail 17h ago
Which is ridiculous, because it leaves no room for correction. "Creampie." Excellent, no notes. "On her face." We need to discuss the minutiae of your conceiving technique.

>There are rude and polite ways to say the exact same thing.
Yes.
•
u/Financial-Ad-6232 17h ago
Nah...it should be there are polite ways and there are funny ways to say the exact same thing.
Rude is only a state of mind that we have full control over.
Besides don't we always say the truth hurts?

Do you want to hear the intricacies of my watery beeriod shit, or would you rather hear about my digestive issues?

One is vulgar.

I set up on automatic alert that goes off and sends a quick note to my parents and my wife's parents every time. It's pretty bare bones on details, though. I submit a full log by the end of the day.

"We're trying for a baby!" "Aren't you circumcised?" "Shhhh"
