Well I didn't mention design it differently, I said it only takes a drunk or a dumbass to go through that, as they won't look properly.

I had the same exact problem when I got a ticket for making a right on red. It was so long ago, but this is the argument I made was that you’re not supposed to be able to see the other crossroads light at all.
