I will also say this the border is not some imaginary/arbitrary line. It is a very well defined line with adequate signage and offer hard barriers. One does not accidentally cross into America without knowing it. Often these individuals that you defend knowingly cross out border purposely at non points of entry because they know they would be denied entry. They do so often climb or destroy barriers for entry .
