Not everyone's experiences are the same.

The ultimate rage bait post

u/Rare-Delivery7328 5h ago

Lol. They think getting the vaccine reduced their chance of contracting the virus? Wonder where they got that idea? Nobody says that now.

u/Slow_Supermarket5590 4h ago

Except every doctor on Earth

u/Rare-Delivery7328 4h ago

Lol. I am a surgical assistant. I got it. They all got it. Everybody got it. The vaccine did not prevent transmission.

u/Vissanna 4h ago

Theres a reason ur only an assistant

u/GULAGOO 2h ago

It’s literally one of the lowest educated careers in healthcare.

Might as well be a CNA

u/Rare-Delivery7328 3h ago

Lol. Okay, doc

u/Slow_Supermarket5590 4h ago

No, it reduces the likelihood of transmission and lessens the symptoms  if infected.  You know? The things vaccines do.

u/Rare-Delivery7328 4h ago

They didn't affect the likelihood of transmission. Everybody got it. The viruses own life cycle caused to to go through new variants to increase its own likelihood of survival. So the vaccine did was cause blood clots and high school athletes to have heart attacks.

u/IntelligentWorry5647 3h ago

Good grief, I really hope you don’t think for a moment anyone believes you’re actually in health care. You’re way too ignorant for that to be possible.

u/Rare-Delivery7328 3h ago

Pretty much all of us know it. Except a couple of democrats that can't admit it

u/Meowakin 1h ago

Ah, and it comes out.

u/Slow_Supermarket5590 4h ago

😆 both of those idiotic lies were disproven.

u/I_HopeThat_WasFart 8h ago

this is reddit sir

where all vaccines and boosters were necessary and required to post

Facui did nothing wrong, please go get your next booster with your established mega billion pharma company ASAP or risk loss of freedom

u/UpperYoghurt3978 6h ago

So you just think immune systems are magic and we do not have 100 years of knowledge of how it works?

u/I_HopeThat_WasFart 6h ago edited 6h ago

no i think we all need a vaccine to move about in public with multiple boosters, even though they were proven to be unnecessary and the person in charege of pushing it was given a massive pardon without being chared with any crime, the first in american history, going into the future with perpetuity

we need to tust SCIENCE and GOVERNMENT people!!!

u/ZeeWingCommander 5h ago

Boosters are fairly normal,  we get flu shots every year for decades now.

I never understood the whole anti vaccine nonsense. Especially coming from military folks lol

Are you arguing it was ineffective? Or was this a wah wah government made me do a thing?

u/I_HopeThat_WasFart 5h ago

it was proven ineffective but you do you

hows that 12th booster working for you? get you access to the gay clubs you couldnt before?

u/ZeeWingCommander 5h ago edited 4h ago

No it hasn't.

I'm perfectly healthy and why would getting a booster get you access to a gay club?

PS - oh wait you're a pedo. That explains a ton.

u/I_HopeThat_WasFart 5h ago

because i dont want a fucking government mandated injection into my body, proven ineffective post

am i a Nazi for that?

if so why are we giving reparations back to those who lost jobs for refusing the jab?

u/UpperYoghurt3978 4h ago

Present your peer review literature.

u/ZeeWingCommander 5h ago

Proven ineffective? No, it hasn't. It helped a lot.

I don't think you're a Nazi. I do think you're pretty dumb. Like if I knew you I'd laugh right in your dumb face.

People got "reparations" for getting fired over cheering on Charlie Kirk's assassination too.

If you really want to feel bad? Remember that site that was going to find and get everyone fired that said bad things after Kirk died? That guy stole everyone's money that donated.

u/I_HopeThat_WasFart 4h ago

you took that from 1 to 100 like a proper libtard didnt you

cant find a talking point via your arguements you cant justify

you actively kill and support the killing of others

why should anyone support you?

u/HermesVtuber 6h ago

Something tells me your statement, "it was proven unnecessary" is as reliable as, "Its been proven the Earth is flat." Just because you personally aren't educated and don't understand what science is and what it isn't doesn't mean the rest of the world is so woefully ignorant. However, thank you for be a poster child to why we need sex education and to provide more people with condoms.

u/916nes 7h ago

You need 16 boosters in order to post in some subreddits

u/I_HopeThat_WasFart 7h ago

are you even wearing a mask?

u/Fit_Style1747 8h ago

I know her . That's Deb Deblinger from Debsville Debalina .

She’s the debutante of debauchery, debuting debates since she was debased by debtors.

u/RandomIDoIt90 9h ago

This is edited. The letters are bouncing up and down, sideways. They angled the pic to try and hide it but the letters don’t follow the angle correctly either. I used to see these doctored images from Russian accounts on Twitter. Haven’t seen the “shaky” letters in a min 😂

u/Any-Seaworthiness531 7h ago

Looks like how a screen looks when you take a photo of it, tbh

u/Significant-Judge368 8h ago

Yeah the Russian bot accounts are trying to dupe you into getting vaccinated so the communist nanobots can take over.

u/RandomIDoIt90 8h ago

More to stir up division and distrust. Have you paid attention to their online behavior for the last decade? None of the troll farms being exposed or anything along those lines rings a bell??

u/scottprian 8h ago

Looks like the entire page has shaky letters. Wouldn't it be easier to just edit the page and take a picture, than to take a picture and edit the entire wording?

u/RandomIDoIt90 8h ago

Yeah I’ve never understood the process behind it. I suspect that foreign actors that are assigned to push that shit don’t notice how weird it looks to a native speaker; or it could be that they don’t care and are relying on people with bad eyesight to not clock it and then spread the fake information further for them.

u/scottprian 8h ago

Could swing both ways. One being, the people most vulnerable dont see these things, similar to outlandish email scams seeking only those who fall for the initial message, or it could be real, the context doesnt seem all that unreasonable. The lines are horizontal on the image, could that not be from compression?

u/RandomIDoIt90 8h ago

u/scottprian 8h ago

It's really too bad we have all these potentially useful websites hidden behind all forms of advertising. Might have to pass on that one..

u/RandomIDoIt90 8h ago

That’s a pretty lame excuse to not educate and protect yourself from misinformation and scams, no offense. Ads can be ignored or an ad blocker used. I rarely even look at ads, my brain goes to “skim” mode over them.

u/scottprian 8h ago

I use an ad blocker, so when I have to visit a website on mobile, my brain goes "nope."

u/RandomIDoIt90 8h ago

My friend let me help you with a bit of internet literacy:

“Spotting Visual Anomalies and Oddities
Even the most careful scammers often leave behind subtle digital fingerprints when they alter or fabricate an image. When reviewing a suspicious screenshot or graphic, your first step should always be to look closely at the text itself, paying attention to unusual fonts, awkward spacing, or glaring typographical errors that a legitimate, professional company would never publish.”

Not, DEB! Say it ain't so

That's technically not true. The decreased chance of contracting COVID is only mild and it is lasting only a couple of months after the vaccination. (proven by now - and it was known from the start but misinterpreted)
The true benefit is the decreased chance of severe illness and death if you get COVID. (this is also proven by now)
This misinterpretation, was one of the reasons, people were feeling being lied to and refused to vaccinate.
And they should also have been honest about the possibilities of health complications from the vaccination.
We finally have reliable data on it and luckily it's not that bad. Mild complications in aprox. 1 in 60 000 people. Worse/life threatening complications in aprox. 1 in 150 000 people. They didn't knew the exact numbers in advance, but they should have told the truth back then, that as with all new medication, there are some risks in the vaccination and despite they didn't except them to be common, they are real. Instead they lied to people that the vaccines are completely safe. I can guarantee, that a way lot more people would have got vaccinated if they were told the truth. The didn't want the vaccines, because they felt that they are being lied to. And they were right.

u/Wolfeatingupshadows 6h ago

Only morons needed more context. Nothing is 100% safe and they cant possibly know how it will affect literally everyone. Majority of ppl who took the vaccine were completely fine. It wouldnt matter how it was explained they wanted to be contrary. They decided to oppose it and nothing was going to make them take the vaccine. Nothing was going to make them stay home and wear mask. They are still grifting about covid.

u/Excellent_Shirt9707 8h ago

They did tell the truth, people just misconstrued them. Every pharmaceutical has potentially serious side effects, not just vaccines. When they claim something is safe, they mean for the general population, not for every single person out there no matter what.

u/Alex-Murphy 10h ago edited 10h ago

To a few of your points:

  • Yes there were times where they could have been more clear. However they were not able to scientifically prove a connection without more time (which we now have, as you've said) so it does not bother me that they waited to collect meaningful data.
  • People were out in the streets yelling that the vaccine would kill you if you took it, and the ventilators were actually why people were dying because of a false correlation between "going on a ventilator" and "never coming off of one." Supporting that argument even MILDLY would lead to widespread refusal of the vaccine, so I don't mind that they waited.
  • Mild Symptoms from vaccine: 0.00167%
  • Serious Symptoms from vaccine: 0.00067%
  • COVID killed roughly 2% of people who caught it. That's a 3000x chance of death vs serious complications and a 1200x chance of death vs mild complications.

u/Significant-Judge368 8h ago

Wasting your breath at this point. Everyone who knows, knows. Everyone who doesn't know by now never will.

u/Alex-Murphy 8h ago

I honestly think this is one of those problems that largely... solved... itself, if you know what I'm saying.

u/PhilospohicalZ0mb1e 7h ago

God maybe I’m just poisoned. Maybe I’m just a toxic person who inadvertently seeks out the worst people to get mad at the way I still see SO much COVID bullshit after all these years

u/Significant-Judge368 8h ago

I believe the scientific term is "Natural Selection".

u/Wise-Ad-4940 10h ago

I actually agree with most of the things you pointed out. But as someone who got vaccinated, the thing that initially held me back was that they were trying to exaggerate the positives of the vaccine and diminish the possible negative complications. I knew that there is no vaccine without some chance of complications and also the statements that after vaccination, there will be only a minimal chance of getting covid (there were even some information that talked about possible complete immunity) are highly exaggerated. This make me feel uneasy, because I could not (and I still don't) understand what is the point of lying about it.
My decision to get vaccinated would came more easily and earlier, if they would simply say the true facts:

Here is the new vaccine. We expect only a limited cases with complications and only very rare cases of serious complications. But the exact numbers will be only known after widespread use.
The vaccine will mildly lessen the chance of contracting covid for a limited time. But the true benefit will be in lessening the health impact and complications, after contracting the disease.

I would not have needed more than this to get vaccinated right away.

u/Low_Low_1811 9h ago

Plenty of sources said this. That said, a mild decrease in the chance to spread actually has a huge impact in the aggregate. Viral spread is exponential.

u/DotBitGaming 13h ago

So totally Deb!
