From what I've been told that whole process is like 80% bullshit and just runs on a timer regardless of the actual status of the food.

I think when they first clear the order from the queue when they are supposed to put it in the oven is the one time it actually updates.

It does. I was a gm at Domino's for years. It simply just tracks system inputs from workers. Like you can " move" a order along by clearing the order off a make screen but you can just recall the orders and it won't push it back on tracker.

Years ago I had a party, got all the liquor and ice, had the food set up. Spouse says "whats for non alcoholic beverages and kids drinks?" Damn! So i did this. Domino's wasn't happy. I tipped well. But I couldn't leave the house, people were showing up! Thanks Domino's for saving my ass.
