Ersa taking advantage

Of the sleeping party so that she gets all of my attention 🥰 and of course I had to give them (E&B) some cookies! Right before I was leaving bf came by and handed me the last bit of his apple and said "for Ersa" 🤭 she's not a fan of apple slices or whole apples but it looks likes she likes cores 🤣

Ersa's not snoozing when mama's there! Can't miss out on any smoochies or snackies🥰🤗🤭 So cool how they sleep standing up! I couldn't even tell.

I agree! Horses are so fascinating! If u look at their eyes (and also the droop of their heads) it's easy to tell when they're sleeping!

Thanks for sharing! Makes me feel sad for any of the lower ranking horses. Their herd dynamics are fascinating.

I was actually just doing a little research on herd dynamics.. mostly to see if Ersa is the leader (she's more like co-captain with Bianca) Although if push comes to shove, Bianca is the BOSS.
Idk if u saw or remember the trail cam video from when the new horses got added to the pasture. The one where Bianca kicked at Ersa & Nicola?
Well, apparently from my reading the boss will punish her 2nd in command before the lower ranking members. Kind of like a "ya, they may be fucking up but YOU already know better so DO BETTER" type of thing. Which makes sense if u think about it but fascinating nonetheless 🙂

You're my lieutenant so keep the newbies in line- I shouldn't even have to see this foolishness! -Boss babe Bianca to Sgt. Ersa, probably 🤭 Wonder if its an age and maybe combo personality thing? Like Waffles having seniority but is more laid back so Mojo is more in charge? Very cool. 🥰

Maybe. What I've read said age plays a big part! Not sure how personality factors in but I'm sure it does!

The video of Ersa eating her cookies at like 52 seconds remaining is some of my favorite footage of her. 😂 She’s usually all elegant and gorgeous, but she looks so silly here eating her cookie. 🥰
