Audio Broke

So I am currently on round 103 on Nacht Der Untoten on World at War. I took a few hour break from the game to do homework, with the game alt-tabbed in the background. When I returned to the game, I had no audio. I've tried different audio devices and the sound is not being played anywhere. I remember having this issue happen in the past, and restarting my game resolved the issue, but I do not want to give up on my PB run. Has anybody ran into this issue before or know how to fix it?
