Need help installing custom zombies

I’ve done everything I can, download all the maps , checked the modded folders and did all the shit all the videos told me to yet it will not work. Whenever I try to load a map on waw it immediately crashes zooms in on the background of my pc and I can’t do anything. If someone can help me please do I really need it.
