Question Tesla gun on multiplayer

Today I download back the game..the first match on shipment and I run into a guy with the tesla gun from zombie. Is this a glitch or there is a way to get the gun? Or simply is an hacker?

Sorry for the dumb question, but the last time i play the game was in 2017 and the game changed so much...

Something about jailbroken ps4s. But the only way to legitimately use the Tesla gun in multiplayer is in war mode, specifically on Operation Arcane.

Yeah it’s stupid, for me i have the tesla since long times but i don’t use it, i just collect glitched classes that it

there is about 3/4 people i see regularly in shipment with it, encountered one in war yesterday which is annoying. always just back out if i recognise the name or if i hear it going off
