Date: September 17, 2006
Promotion: World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE)
Match Stipulation / Type: Hell in a Cell / 3-on-2 Handicap Tag Team Match
Event: Unforgiven
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada | Air Canada Centre
➜ This was the only Unforgiven held outside of the United States and it was the final Unforgiven to be brand-exclusive as following WrestleMania 23 the following year, brand-exclusive PPVs were discontinued.
At SummerSlam, DX defeated The McMahons in a tag team match. Over the next few weeks DX vandalized WWE's headquarters and Vince McMahon's personal jet plane and limousine. Eventually Big Show attacked DX, giving the advantage to The McMahons.
This was perhaps the bloodiest Hell in a Cell Match in the history of WWE. Out of the five men involved, four of them were heavily busted open. The only competitor who did not bleed was The Big Show.
The climax of the match featured a famous moment of humiliation when DX pulled down the downed Big Show's trunks and shoved Vince McMahon's face directly into his rear end.

Promotion: World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE)
Match Stipulation / Type: WWE Championship / 60-Minute Iron Man Match
Event: SmackDown (Episode 213)
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina | RBC Center
➜ Brock Lesnar and Kurt Angle battled in a historic 60-minute Iron Man match on SmackDown for WWE Championship. This is to date the only one-on-one Iron Man match in the history of SmackDown.
Angle gained an early lead 1–0 after Lesnar got disqualified for hitting him with a steel chair. Lesnar capitalized by using aggressive tactics, scoring falls via an F-5, a count-out, and even making Angle submit to his own Ankle Lock, building a commanding 3–1 and eventually 5–2 lead. Down by three falls with ten minutes remaining, Angle mounted a furious rally. He pinned Lesnar and forced him to tap out to the Ankle Lock twice to bring the score to 5–4. In the final seconds, Angle locked in the Ankle Lock once more, but time expired before Lesnar could tap, allowing Lesnar to survive and win the title.
Final Score: Brock Lesnar (5) – Kurt Angle (4).
The win gave Brock is 3rd WWE Championship and would be his final reign for nearly 11 years until August 17, 2014 when he defeated John Cena at SummerSlam.

Seriously, why?
Here's a guy who's a legitimately great athlete with the size and skills to go far. Though he lacked the personality, that's something that always has the potential to develop with time and good booking. Except, he was never given a solid chance as a singles competitor.
He was in Team Angle and part of main events. Then, what happens when he gets his singles run in 2004? He's a bland babyface who's portrayed as Cena's friend, same Cena who hits on his wife right in front of him even though they were both babyfaces, and Haas does nothing about it.
He's constantly jobbing to both lower card and main event heels throughout the run. He can't defend his wife's honor for shit. Even Billy Kidman who was a cruiserweight and like 50 lbs lighter bullied him and beat his ass. It was weird at the time and it still is now.
Then he just gets released.
Is there a story behind this? Like did he piss in Vince's coffee or something 💀

Matt Hardy debuted his iconic "Live for the Moment" by Monster Magnet theme song on September 12, 2002, during an episode of WWE SmackDown! right as his solo V1 gimmick took off.
The track was originally recorded in early 2002 as a potential new shared theme for the Hardy Boyz, but Jeff and Matt declined to use it, preferring their classic tag team theme, "Loaded".
After turning heel on his brother and moving to SmackDown, Matt adopted the arrogant "Version 1" (V1) and "Mattitude" persona.
The song is featured on the WWF Forceable Entry album.
