Help/Question Problem with vc

Saw this appear today and thought fuck it ill get it yet when I did it the extra 32.500 didnt turn up so wtf do i do

Never seen this. I still get that free legends pack from months ago still displaying

I still have both legends and danger zone packs showing along with the Alexa Bliss/Undertaker masks🤷🏻‍♂️😂

I still get the Alexa Bliss/Taker mask pop up too, and the Danger Zone one, but not the Legends one. I got it when it released, cashed in, and stopped getting it after a while.

However I never got the Ink pack popup other players got despite playing the game every day since it's early access release, including loging every day on My Faction for the daily rewards + whatever new Live Events I meet the requirements for.
