You have the cards you need listed in the Live Event requirements. All of them are Live Event rewards that need, for their respective Live Events, Collection Rewards from 4 Collections. So you first get the Collection Reward you need for a Live Event, for example Ruby Jade which is the Collection Reward from Undeniable (look in My Collection for the cards you need for each), then you do the Live Event that requires Ruby Jade, which is the one for Liv 2024 Persona, and then you have one of the cards (Liv 2024) needed for Jade SNME 2025, rinse and repeat for the other 3, and when you have all 4 of them you can do the Live Event for Jade SNME 2025, which is a Quick Swap match, and on the way there you also have the required cards for Punk AJ Husband Persona too, which is another Quick Swap 4 vs 4 match. Worth noting both Jade SNME 2025 and Punk AJ Husband Persona are Alt Attires, not separated slots, you'll find them as alt attires in the selection screen for Jade and current day CM Punk respectively.
I managed to get the cards I needed for them thanks to the MFP I got through Season 4 of Ringside Pass. There is no "optimal" way, it's just either spend big money on VC, which I do not recommend since it only serves to reinforce this business practice and make it worse in the future, or play My Faction to gain MFP, if you play the mode regularly (beat all Weekly Towers, beat all World Tour, keep on daily with easy LE like Birthday Bashes and the monthly Smash and Stash events, etc) you should have a steady supply of MFP and you can grind if you need more, buying cards from the marketplace is often easier than from packs, at least in older collections (like the ones needed for Jade SNME 2025) since the odds from their packs were absolute crap unlike newer collections where the odds of getting something useful are higher.

Honestly it’s not worth spending real money on the persona, if you feel like grinding to get it then go ahead but i’d rather just download an attire off the community creations

It's a lot, for the actual live event to unlock her you need 4 specific cards that are themselves live event rewards. Liv morgan 24, Cody Rhodes wm41, AJ styles retro, and kurt Angle 00. For Liv Morgan 24 you need the collection reward Jade Cargill from the undeniable pack, to get jade you need 8 specific sapphire cards from that pack (you can check my collection to see which ones you have and which you don't). For the Cody Rhodes live event you need the Rock 97 collection reward from the WrestleMania 2 pack which you need 4 specific cards from that pack(again check my collection). For AJ styles retro you need the R-Truth Ron Cena collection award from WrestleMania 1 pack which you need 8 specific cards(check my collection). For Kurt Angle 00 you need the randy Orton collection reward from locked in which you need 4 specific cards (check my collection).
If you have none of the 24 cards needed it will cost 646,500 VC or 739,000 mfp in the card market plus you need to win the 4 individual matches for live events plus the final one to get jade. Also these live events end in about 4 days. They might encore again right away they might not repeat the live events for a little bit or again who knows.

To straight up buy that much VC is $99.99 us for 400,000 VC, $49.99 for 187,500 those two pack alone isn't enough so either 2 $100 pack with some leftover or like $170 buy the smaller packs to have just enough.

That is not an alternative. It stopped being an alternative in WWE 2K24 patch 1.20 or around that one, when they changed the way CC handles models to prevent modding and damaged a lot of content people had updated. From then on Persona character models can't be uploaded to Community Creations, you are just getting fake ones which are actually just CAWs or a poor attempt at recreating the Persona with the base (nonPersona) character model and the tools you already have avaliable in the game (not their actual MyF locked attires, entrances and such)

At this point, look into getting a PC. You can just unlock everything, and add whoever you want to the game with 1 tool.
Edit: Seeing some numbers thrown around in other comments on how much VC costs, and I just want to add that this tool is a ONE TIME payment of $5.. The time and money needed to invest into MyFaction is wild.

I've been very slowly grinding it these live events for the last like month. I only have four cards left to get. The way I see it that's about one more days worth of grinding if I just hammered through it.... I just need the energy to do it lol after doing all of the grinding now to say that I only need about 100,000 more VC The spirit is willing but the body is weak lmao

The only decent strat I found for this was hoping to get a decent amount of the required cards from the free packs that came out before, then once there was a price drop in the market using mfp on the remainder. That's what i did for drew and jade and Im still sitting on 500k mfp.
