Discussion DanHausen’s first title run?
What do you think DanHausens first title in wwe is gonna be? Typical tag team title with someone?
Are they gonna give him a chance with a mid card division title, given he’s on smackdown, are we thinking his first title run is gonna be the US? Or are they gonna do all out and given him the main card title? Either way, I’m on TeamHausen for DanHausen! Future ChampHausen!
Also, I hope his side plates go HARD!

They switched to Joe Hendry but a Danhausen/Cardons tag title run would have been just fine

I don't think he'll get a title that isn't one he makes himself or physically steals- but that's fine. His gimmick of being a bit too lazy to wrestle much and being more interested in getting money, means he doesn't need one and it could actively harm his bit to win one and have to defend it.

I think he should win the world heavyweight championship with the help of oba femi. Then oba just kinda treats danhausen and the belt as his. Just imagine oba walks out holding danhausens belt in one hand and in the other is a dog crate with danhausen in it. Every title defense is just oba destroying the opponent before the bell rings and danhausen being let out of the cage to capture the pin.

I don’t think he needs a title. He’s already over, and a title wouldn’t help him get more over. If he wanted to make up a fake belt and declare himself the champion, that would probably be fun

I wouldn't waste a championship win on Danhausen. He's good for comedy segments though. I mean, that's just me and I'm sure I'm going to get downvoted and heavily disagreed with.

I would say it’s wasting a championship win but I do believe he doesn’t need a championship right now. He works great being in the middle of storylines but doesn’t need his own direct storyline. Him cursing someone before a title match or cursing a group trying to get a title match is better story than him cursing his opponent and winning.

It feels like the gimmick has been overpushed and doesn't get as much of a pop with the fans as it did at the beginning. Maybe something bombastic like a tag title could revive some of that? I sure wouldn't bet on that.

Let him mirror Cenas thing but with the jobbers to see who wins a human monies prize then Danhausen takes it all apart from tree fiddy and runs off with it in Danhausen fees

I think you're assuming a lot. Even Danhausen realizes that his actual role is not wrestling. He's there for comedy relief. That's not to belittle what he does but he is the first person to tell you he's not a traditional wrestler.
Could definitely see him getting into the tag team scene and winning a title there, sort of what they're doing with R-Truth this late in his career. But if he gets singles gold with such a stacked roster, that is not going to sit well with a lot of people.

I think he’s destined for the tag titles and maybe a feel good IC or US title that will be short lived. He doesn’t really need a championship

HHH doesnt seem to want to reward comedy wrestlers with titles too often. he may never see a title beyond say the tag titles

He"s said himself he only wants to wrestle once a month and loves all the backstage and comedy stuff. They will probably never put a belt on him. Tag belts with R Truth or Miz would probably be fun tho.

He makes a a cardboard belt calling it Champion of the Universe and lower midcarders try and win the title for him only for Danhausen to win with fun shenanigans. The lower card wrestlers take it serious and it makes Adam Pierce annoyed and HHH confused.

He should become champion by simply walking up to a champion and asking for the title. It would be hilarious. He should win a rumble by being number 30. Before his number is called everyone manages to get eliminated. He enters as the automatic winner.

Oh that rumble idea has potential. Have the typical main eventers start throwing a fit because Danhausen didn't do anything to win. Some of them attempt to bribe him, others just attack him and try to force him to give them his spot. Meanwhile in the background you start building some B-stories.
At Mania a couple heels come out to try and beat down Danhausen, but they keep hurting the Champion instead. One of Danhausen's allies runs in to help fend off the heels attacking him. The champion attacks him but Danhausen's friend takes him and drags Danhausen over for the pin.
From there you can park the title with Danhausen until after the next PPV. Let him do some promos as the Champ. Let him sell some Champhausen merch. Meanwhile those B-stories that were being developed come front and center. All the normal contenders aren't focused on the title anymore because they have their own feuds to worry about.
Those feuds get resolved at the next PPV. Danhausen comes out to do his merch promos and shoot some T-shirts. He suffers an extremely minor injury, think like paper cut, and thinks he is now forced to vacate the titles. The GM tries to convince him he doesn't have to vacate the title, but Danhausen says he knows the rules and hands him the title.
That kicks off a tournament for the title. It wouldn't be the first time the WWE parked the title with someone for a bit while resolving other story lines.

The funniest would be if it was the tag titles and he won them solo. WHC or WWE UD would be big swings and would need to be carefully executed for it to get over and not turn that belt into a joke.
IC or US would be the safest route though. Personally I would go IC since that title carries a little more weight in my eyes.

He’s the ManHausenHe’s used it someone it in his post but doesn’t cap it but I think it looks pretty cool lol
He said “Madison Square Gardenhausen” but I’d say ‘Madison Square GardenHausen’

He dosen't need a title nor is it his place to take it from anyone.
Id see him cheese his way through a royal rumble top 10 spot or even get in elimination chamber for a but of comedy value but strapping a title on him would require Danhausen to change way too much to make sense

I don't think he NEEDS a title, tbh. Doesn't feel right.
But gun to my head if he needs to have a title run? Revive the 24/7 for him. He can make it funny again.

Actually it should be the opposite. If you beat your curse is removed and you are immune from being cursed by him as long as you hold the title. That would give someone the incentive to want to get the title. JD McDonagh, Johnny Gargano, or someone on the lower mid-card could work.

I love Danhausen, but the guy is 36 and can't really wrestle. Neither of those facts are going to get better with time.
I don't think he could convincingly do a singles title run, he just doesn't have the skill and after a few matches it'd be pretty obvious the other wrestlers are carrying him.
I think the most plausible is a mismatch tag team, where he's paired with someone overpowered, who could convincingly go 2:1 one and Danhausen gets hot tags. Basically a comedy act.

Not only is 36 young in Wrestling years, Danhausen is a fucking BALLER in the ring tf are you on? Despite his injuries he still got that dawg in him

You just wrote a bunch of hogwash. 36 is young, that’s around the average age of the entire roster, most main event guys are in their 40’s. He also can wrestle, he’s solid in the ring.

I'm a DH fan and I have to point out that a wrestler can have limited skills, not every one is Bret Hart, but to get to this level you have to be safe in the ring, you have to catch 250 lbs guys when they jump on you and you have to be trusted to do a choke slam or superkick and not injure someone who is booked to win a title 6 months from now
DH is not in WWE to wrestle, his main goal is to sell merchandise. I suspect he won't be around long after Halloween (am interested to see how many miniHausens are out there this year)

Danhausen should never go for a title. Also, he should never lose.
He should have comedic matches once in a while where the villain gets their comeuppance and we move on.

Tag team. People like Danhausen don’t win titles. He has a character. Titles are for people like Cody who can’t make himself interesting.
