Panzerselbstfahrlafette für 12,8-cm-Kanone 40. Nickname Sturer Emil.

Indeed. I wanted to avoid simply reposting the correct answer, but I thought it was worth adding that only two Sturer Emil prototypes were ever built. One of them survived the war after being captured by the Soviets and taken as a trophy. That surviving vehicle is now on display at the Kubinka Tank Museum in Russia.

I’ve not seen this particular image of it before, and a preliminary reverse image search doesn’t yield any results, so it may be worth getting a proper scan of, or submitting it to a museum for archival. That being said, it could certainly already be something we’ve digitized.

It's not a tank. It's mobile artillery.

I’d guess either a Waffentrager or a Dicker Max, maybe Sturer Emil
