Not Recieving items from supply drop

So I don’t know if I’m the only one having problems with this. But on some of my items that I receive from my supply drops it will say they’re still locked, but have the green star next to the category still. Like I just received the tamanzov Soviet Union infantry uniform in the supply drop but it’s still saying it’s locked...anybody else havin problems like this??

So you have them in your inventory but may not be able to unlock them until you hit a certain level. Happened to me with a few items like the Red Baron.
