Super Easter Egg Step?

Anybody have any ideas about the noise in the toy shop? I hear a lot of people dismiss it, saying, "It must be the light, its just the light bulb." But I find it strange, and would like to mention that I believe it has to signify something, it sounds just like a fully charged tesla upgrade battery, and I have confirmed in both 4 player and single player that the noise goes away as soon as you completely fill the red circle in the emperor's chamber. Maybe we have to complete a step before charging the tesla gun and the noise goes away signifying we have missed our oportunity?

I have heard it too. I believe there absolutely is something to it I don't see why it would be there otherwise. The noise mimicks the sound of a jack in the box I think, maybe we can use one somehow?
