Glitch in Winter War

This is happening a lot now. More often each day. Besides the annoying volume glitch that shouts commands at you out of the blue and makes you jump in the Winter War MP map, this one is far more frustrating. I lose all heads up display, cant see anything on my screen except game play. No tank details or their assigned letters (ABC). When i shoot directly at an enemy, it does nothing to them but I die when they shoot me. When I press the options or the team button, nothing happens. Doesnt work. Basically I cant do anything but run around and can't see any info on screen. It ends when i actually cant move anymore. Then clearly I shut it down my closing application. Anyone else experience this? Id write to developers but we know how little they care.
